This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service “Terms” and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy before purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order placed with us either directly on our website or on our Amazon shop.

Shipping Process

Individual pickups at our warehouses are not available. The package is securely packed, tracked, insured, and delivered against signature. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Which countries do we ship to?

Our products are only available to ship directly to the USA, Europe, and the UK.

Where do we ship from? Which carrier will we use?

  • For deliveries in the USA: your order will be sent from any of our warehouses located in California or Pennsylvania.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

We offer free standard shipping on all our products with the exception of spare parts, where a flat fee applies.

For orders placed through the Amazon website, delivery is only possible in France.

Handling time: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Transit time: Below are typical transit times from the day the item left one of our warehouses:

USA: 3-7 business days

USA Islands: 7-14 business days

What are our Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping across all the destinations and on all our products, with the exception of spare parts, where a flat fee applies.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions when dealing with international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties (including VAT) over which we have no control. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any and such additional costs or taxes.

How can you check the status of your order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team using our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. For any order placed on the Amazon website, please use the Amazon “Ask a Question” channel.

What happens if your order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will provide a revised estimated date for delivery.
